Excellent. Now he'll have all summer to work with the board, coaches, and players. Hopefully this means the team won't be scrambling on opening day and starting players that arrived within 36 hours of kick-off.

I have so much to say about this, and also nothing to say about this. Guess we'll have a better sense come mid-September...

I appreciate the club signalling "STABILITY" to everyone with the signing of Cairney and Parker. This feels much less like a drop into the abyss when compared to 2014. This is still going to be a rough transition with a few players we adore headed for the door, but I'm not pondering the possibility of a double drop this time around. I'd still feel better if he was "manager" rather than "head coach". I don't entirely trust the folks taking on those managerial responsibilities that the coach doesn't cover.

    It's not the "folks" I don't trust. It's the ONE I don't...
