Fulham 750/1 to win EPL Next year

I just took a look at the odds being offered for the EPL next year anyone brave enough to risk a pound or two at 750/1

Bit that did make me laugh is Spurs at 80/1 I think I would rather take on Fulham than Spurs at those odds.
