Hey any Yankee fans out there?how about our star player? 3rd basemen alex rodriguez. First the positive steroid test and know hip surgery. He's got a bunch of problems to fix and set straight.

Hopefully when he comes back he'll just be so pissed off and depressed that he'll have this fire inside of him that makes him hit a home run every game and the Yankees win the WS.

Sorry TonyB, not a fan. In fact, even though I no longer bleed Dodger blue, I still consider hating the Yankees one of my more important gifts to humanity.

Following the Yankees is akin to following Manchester United...it is a sin!

A-Rod is a fruitcake. That coming from the bottom of my heart as a lifelong Mariners fan  I wonder if Jeter is gonna steal something from the new stadium when he retires..... ha

Mo, I was utterly disappointed to read you were a Dodger fan. Sad really.

Well, Ridgerider no apologies from me for siding with the greatest baseball organization that ever was, starting with Branch Rickey through the O'Malleys. They pioneered the farm system, brought in the first black player, and maintained a homegrown team when everyone else was buying and selling their talent. Those days are gone but the Dodgers started it, did it better, and maintained it longer than anyone else. Dodger blue, gone but not forgotten.

As further evidence that A-Roid's narcisistic self knows no bounds, there are pictures out today in some mag (sorry I'm linkily challenged) that just makes one shake their head. Supposedly he was drinking shots of Petron (at least he has good taste in tequila) before some photo shoot which catches him kissing himself in the mirror, and another with the Ben Stiller "Blue Steel" male model pose from Zoolander. This guy has got to be a total embarrassment to all Yankee fans.

I find it difficult to think of anything that would embarrass a Yankee fan more than just being a Yankee fan.

True, Don, but that's being a little rough on Tonyb. He's young and doesnt know any better.

Not too mention TonyB is a geographic Yankee fan (although I would like to know if he lives closer to Shea than Yankee Stadium ;-) ). I think 'geographics' should always be exempt from any 'front runner' ridicule that other Yankee fans deserve.

You know, the kind of ridicule that I hope all of you heap on USA based Manure, Chelscum and Liverpool fans.
