So, just how big of a feeding frenzy will there be when Morris decides he's finished with Stanford? He's got to have drawn a LOT of attention world wide.

So what's exactly up with FJ?

    Starting today vs Eintracht

And I came across this tweet:

So was he getting out of a game he could have finished w/o injury and his team mates got PO'd at him?

Btw, I think Doug means calf not thigh. o_O

I have no clue what is injured or how badly he is injured but he looked like a guy who wanted no part of that game after about 15 minutes.

    Who knows though.

Seems very odd that his club announces that he's doubtful for the Saturday match due to injury then he starts and plays the full 90 in a 5-1 victory. You would think he would have at least came off after 3-1 if he was being treated for an injury earlier in the week. Do they have magical healing cheese in Germany?

Fabian is starting in 'Gladbach's Champion's League at Juventus. Speaking of the Italian giants, not too many better YA moments than this one:

Yedlin w/another strong performance for Sunderland. Took a look at their MB and the fans have taken a liking to the kid

I watched part of the match -- my DVR didn't -- and he looked very positive. The Sunderland supporters roar their approval at players who go for it, and Yedlin is all about that. At one point, he took possession about midway in his own half and took off at a very good rate of speed straight for Newcastle's penalty area. The supporters went nuts.

Fabian w/Monchengladbach's lone goal in their Champion's League 1-1 match with Juventus. He also just missed a brace with an excellent volley in the second half. He's obviously in form, what's going to happen w/the 2 qualifiers around the corner?

Would it be too much to hope for that we would have a new manager by then?

Considering the first 2 qualifiers are on the 13th & 17th of this month it might be too big of an ask. ;)Now if we lose at T&T (a real possibility given our form) JK might be in a little trouble. I'm guessing that FJ won't be invited.

I watched both Sunderland and Stoke City matches today.

In the first, Yedlin had a very good match, showing skill, pace, and toughness. He's their far post guy on corners and he nearly got his head kicked in clearing a certain goal off the line. The fans seem to have taken to him as well.

Cameron came on as a 2nd half sub. He's been missing since he had to come off early late in October. About the first thing he did was get in Diego Costa's grill.

Still don't understand why Tottenham signed Yedlin, then loaned him to Sunderland. Kyle Walker's a very good right back, but I'd be surprised if he has DeAndre's pace. Plus, he can play other wide postions. Speed kills.

From what I have seen Yedlin is not yet better than any of Spurs regulars. They've gotten him a pretty good loan deal so Yedlin is in good shape to develop. Maybe he eventually breaks into Spurs lineup maybe he moves on. Either way he's fine where he is for now.

First Bacon's hip, now Rubio's foot. 19 year old Rubio Rubin had surgery in Holland for a stress fracture. We are all clamoring for the next wave of talent and it's terrible 2 of our more promising forwards have been going under the knife way too early in the careers.
