I figured once the technical director spot was a no go we wouldn't see him at Fulham again. Guess I was wrong.

It makes sense when you think about it. It provides Kit with some help but Curbishly isn't interested in becoming a full-time coach again. At least I don't think so, so you know he isn't going to undermine Kit. And I believe from earlier stories in the season the two are friendly?

Yeah, if memory serves, I think Kit tried to get him on staff back in Nov or Dec.

It's no secret Kit is short on experience, he's said as much & now admits his staff is lacking experience as well. Seems perfectly logical then to add someone with experience to his staff. Happens all the time in other sports. The key will be how well they work together and how well their ideas on playing style mesh.

Adding extra experience can only help. Curbishly has played and coached in the championship, albeit not recently, and won promotion. I wouldn't think there would be much of a risk, if he tries to much to be a backseat driver then you let him go.

If kit is willing to take some advice and implement changes to the way he does things, he could grow as a manager. I feel like kit needs to grow along with the young players for the rest of this season in order to make a real push next term.
