Fulham v Wisla Krakow

Postby SoCalJoe » Wed Nov 02, 2011 12:21 pm

3 pts. and the team is looking good to advance. Moose is out w/the bogus red card (stunned that Uefa had better things to do than overturn it  ). Really hope to see some of the kids in there. Depending on who is available and w/Spurs surely on Jol's mind (you think he wants that one?)

Mark
Briggs Hangs Bairdinho Grygera
Clint Etuhu Kasami Frei
AJ Zamora

This would have been a good match for Sa to see some PT, but don't think he'll be ready. Really hope Jol is going to give Duff a good run as well.

I love Duff and have always defended him when people said he's slow or past it. But in that last game against Wisla he really did look like an old man running around out there.

Really looking forward to the reception Nunez gets from the Fulham supporters for his dive that led to the ridiculous red on Dembele. Come On You Whites!

Game is at 4:05 ET and is being shown on Direct TV channel 484. I think the daily motion link that Heather listed under the video streams tab should also have the game.

The Dailymotion link only shows previous Europa games that were played during the summer qualifying rounds. The best bet is atdhe.tv, myp2p.pe, and freesoccerstreams.com under the video streams links section.

Got the game recording and will try my absolute best to not look at the score. Hopefully friends aren't texting.

As far as UEFA, why wasn't that call reviewed or overturned. Did they issue a statement or anything?

I'm most likely going to be in the chat room for this one if anyone wants to join. It was empty during our last Europa match.

Not quite the 4-0 match I was looking for, but 4-1 will do. And Nunez getting booed the entire match was great. 8-)

Motm...AJ, of course.

Very, very encouraging, now on to a Spurs butt kicking, which will be difficult given they lost to Kazan.

Solid victory and AJ's goal was a nutter. It's about time some of the Europa juju carried over to the Prem.

I second that, WhitesbhoyMIA?

Am I alone in not being impressed with that performanace? Yes a few exceptional goals, but a lot of our play incoherent with a lot of long balls. The soccer itself was not that enjoyable from our side but luckily the chatroom was.

Please someone give me something to make me feel confident about Spurs.
