I used to love watching Diop too, mainly for this goal- as it was one of my first conscious memories as a Fulham fan. I was studying abroad in London and watching the match on the top floor of a very mediocre pub down the street from the Earls Court Road tube station with a bunch of kids from my study abroad group- most of them were either Chelsea fans or didn't care about soccer. I remember feeling relieved and that we were lucky to only be down a goal at the break and then just going nuts when Diop's goal went in while everyone stared at me as if I was from another planet. Good times.
Also, while I love this list and don't know what I'd leave it- I was a little disappointed that Dempsey's first goal against Liverpool didn't make the cut. It wasn't technically a great goal, but it was pretty significant as it was the goal that officially kept us up in '07, his first for the club and a rare win over Liverpool (for that matter, his long range dipping volley against Stoke in '09-10 could've easily made the list as well). That Harley goal was incredible, I'd also never heard of the guy and even though it was less than a decade ago, Fulham before 2004 (i.e. before I became a supporter) seems like a lifetime ago (I suppose also in ambitions, I never imagined we'd be competing in Europe back then). It was pretty cool to not only see some goals that I'll never forget seeing, but some I'd never seen before.
Also, I'm digging the montage:
