Apparently, we have all but signed Nacer Chadli from Twente. That's what his agent said and Sky Sports had him rated as £2.5m which seems pretty cheap. He destroyed our defense in the games he played against us and is an actual winger so this could be a great signing.


We are also interested in Watford winger Sean Murray. He won the football league young players of the month award in March and has played well for them in the second half of the season.

There is a big 'if' w/Berbatov; if he would be willing to take a pay cut (not sure what his wages are, but probably signficantly more than what Fulham wants to pay a 31 year old striker). If they can reach a salary that would be amiable, the this isn't out of the realm of possibility. Berbatov realized his dream of playing at the highest level in the sport, and was incredibly productive for ManUre (49 goals in 108 appearances), then had to suffer the indignity of riding the pine. He's been there, done that, and might be at the stage in his career where playing time is a helluva lot more important than being on the biggest team possible. Throw in Jol being the manager who brought him in to Spurs and this rumor isn't without legs.
