Without getting too greedy, I think a nice gift like the scarf, sticker or something along those lines would be a great perk. I also agree that a mailed version of the magazine would be nice but I can still live with the digital version.

Despite missing out, the giveaways were extremely generous so I'm not sure I'd really change a thing. Maybe a few more items so that my chances are better

I like Heather's idea on the pricing tiers if you dont plan on buying tickets. Last year by traveling to England I was able to use the tickets perks and the in-store discount but this year I won't be able to take advantage of it.

As for ideas, are they asking for the pkg that goes out to everyone or the monthly drawing stuff. For the former, go back to the printed Fultime. I liked getting the new scarfs in the early years of this. Maybe a pic of craven cottage, the team or Dempsey (since we're USA), likely sans frame for budgetary reasons. Something rolled up in a tube that we can frame ourselves. Fulham car window stickers? Those are only a couple pound in the team shop. Anything you could decorate a home office or (hate this term) man-cave with. And preferably as little Kappa tagged stuff as possible. Last year's stuff felt like we got whatever junk they had in storage that they couldn't offload. Just my opinion.

I've never won the drawing stuff, but it all sounded okay from what I recall. Kit, signed kit, signed framed photo, signed team ball, stuff like that. Really awesome, paid trip over for 2 for a match with some kind of team access. That's likely asking too much.

:text-+1:

Although I got a few printed Fultimes in the mail, even non-footy hubby read them. Strange. If you look at the 2011 membership thread, there still may be a chance for you and others to win something.

I think with the replies so far we're pretty close to hitting "Official" status, which is good since membership hasn't officially gone on sale yet.

I agree with Matt [ 6-16-12; 1118 CDT] about the downgraded "goodies" that go along with membership as opposed to previous years. I still wear the Europa League final cap from time to time, and the Members Scarf accompanied me to the Cottage in September. It would be nice if we could get something tangible for our bucks.

Since I've been a member since day 1, it would also be nice to actually win something in a drawing -- an 8-day old Taco Bell burrito would even be acceptable. I am the Panhandle A&M of FulhamUSA. Sigh :angry-banghead:

I WILL be re-upping, though, regardless. :banana-guitar:

Emma emailed and said the International Memberships will go on sale tomorrow. I forwarded everyone's feedback, and added some of my own ideas, but she didnt give any details regarding any changes. This is what membership included last year for ten or more members. They have actually given us more than what is listed below, thanks to Mike. As long as they send us the signed kit in August, they've given us an extra signed ball (which we still need to raffle) and an extra signed kit (which Steven Lyon won). It would be nice if we could reach the 25 member status this year!

When you renew, please pm or email me with your reference # ( I have to include that in my list to the club as verification of a paying member), full name, and email address. Obviously the sooner everyone renews or becomes a first time member, the sooner we know that we have sufficient #s.

Official Status Awarded
Certification of Affiliation
Details on official club website (contact name, email address, URL and logo)
Signed Kit (to raffle off)
One secretary to run scheme on behalf of club and liaise with Fulham FC
Secretary must fill in an Official International Members Club form. (This is to register your club with Fulham FC and let the Club know what members are in what official members club)
Monthly Prize Draw

Thanks for the update Mo. I agree, I think 25 members would be great and I think we've got a shot.

I'll be signing up this week probably. C'mon FULHAM..USA!

They are now on sale. There seems to be different options this time to lower the price and they're offering 5 pounds off early bird special.

I guess everyone just needs to sign up and email Mo their membership client ref#. Is that correct Mo? Perhaps you post the email address again.

Looks like the Intl Supporters Club goodies havent really changed, except that they've added a FFC club contact for each group to help us grow. I'll be re-upping soon and I'll see if either of my son's want to do the youth membership. I really like the way the club has special, and cheaper, packages for kids. They do that with tickets too. Really great way to encourage the family atmosphere of the club

It looks like from the membership page that junior members can't be part of a supporter's group? Shame if that's the case.

I am officially signed up as an International member for the 2012-13 season!

The personalized fixture list sounds pretty cool. :handgestures-thumbupleft:

I should have my membership again shortly:

Here is our listing on Fulham's website:

http://www.fulhamfc.com/Tickets/Members ... sClub.aspx

FulhamUSA - USA

Club Secretary : Pete ONeill
Website : www.fulhamusa.com
Email : mdoneill@wowway.com

“We at FulhamUSA wanted to show our support for the best football team in the world. Our membership is open to all, regardless of where you may live. Fulham has a substantial following across the pond and we wanted to do something official to show our support.”

So once the membership is purchased should we continue to use that email address email our numbers to you, Mo?

I will be joining for the first time ever within the next week or so. I did the currency converter thing and it's only $40 without the magazine and the early bird special. Just about the price range I can afford. Hopefully the pound devalues further, lol.

Yay! I am really hoping we get more this year and I'll contact the club about whether UK or junior members can join an International Supporter's Group (from the looks of things on the site, that seems to be only an option for individual who sign up as an Adult International). But that may not be the case.

I don't have the numbers yet, dtowndough, Mo is the one who collects the client reference numbers for the group. But from the replies we have in the thread it looks like we'll have 11 so far (but that's including AggieMatt). So we should hit the official mark if everyone follows through, now we just have to recruit more people to get more prizes available to the group. :banana-dance:

So once the membership is purchased should we continue to use that email address email our numbers to you, Mo?

If I am the secretary again then, yes, email me your client ref # and full name at that address. You should also include your FulhamUSA name to make communication easier. Once we have 10 members, I then email the list to the club so we become an official International Club. As new members join, I update the list and resend it. I'm happy to step aside as secretary though, if someone else would like to do it.
